For anyone who is new to my blog, I work for a nursery and occasionally we throw away pitiful, almost dead looking plants. Well, I can't stand to see this happen so I bring lots of them home to plant. I have come to call this flower bed my throw-away garden. But since doing this I have received suggestions from my comments telling me I should rename it. So after giving this consideration I have come up with the name
My Keepsake Garden. So I hope everyone likes it. It probably is more appropriate.

Love the new name Susie! Very sweet way to recognize these special plants that you rescued.
'Keepsakes' brings to mind treasured belongings and so your plants are. You treasure them by saving them and giving TLC. Wonderful name for your garden. Now get a sign!
Perfect!!
Beautiful name. I love it. And much better than what I call mine..I always tell Billy I am taking this plant home and putting it in my hospital..a small place in the corner of my yard where I revive vegetable plants that are just not making it in the regular garden.
Thanks girls, I'm glad everyone likes the new name.
Keepsake Garden is perfect!! And good for you adopting all these plants! They should be very happy having such a good home!
great name and how fun to see pitiful plants thriving after giving them a little attention.
That is PERFECT! and the plants are doing so great!
I'd be taking everything home too because every plant needs a loving home. It's the same reason why I could never work at an animal shelter. I want to save them all! What a cool idea for a garden area ...
Beth-Oh, I could never work at an animal shelter either. I'm afraid I would have to start my own home zoo.
