Gray today? No Way!!!

Even tho the weather lately has been unseasonably warmer we have had gray skies, fog and much rain(not that I'm complaining about the rain). But sometimes I just need to see Mr. Sunshine so bad. The walk in the swamp the other day was relatively warm but still gray. The drive to the swamp shows cloudy skies and gray waters.Gray ducks......................Gray dove...............................
Gray birds...............................Boy do I need some sunshine bad!!!I guess it's true what they say, good things do come to those who wait. This is the view out my back door this morning. Hooray!!! It's nice having this type cloud for a change!!! Here's hoping you have blues skies and sunshine in your part of the world today.

I love being around the water, but it is SO much more enjoyable when it's sunny outside. And I enjoy the sun so much more after several "gray" days.

Hey, Susie, you walk every day, don't you? How far and what kind of pace are you keeping? (I have in my head that you and Becky are pretty hard walkers)

I loved seeing your blue sky - we are gray here also - and flooded - you may have heard about us in the news! I had to park at the end of the drive and have Super Hubby come get me!!!!

Hi Susie,
L♥ve your new blog!!! It's beautiful! I see you use a signature and I see how to make it but I'm wondering how you apply it on each post?

Nope it looks like your grey skies are visiting Virginia at the moment. :( I'm looking forward to some sunshine maybe the rest of the week. Great pictures today Susie!

Jacquie-I guess the gray helps us appreciate the blue and sunshine more.

flydragon-Sorry you are not getting any blue skies. Glad you enjoyed mine!

Betsy-Thanks, I love playing with the backgrounds.

Anna Colleen-Thanks and I am glad you like my music.

Jan-I think lots of states were seeing gray today.

Mildred-Glad you got a look at the blue skies. My leg is much better. I'm really looking forward to exercise again.

Bec-Can't wait to see you this weekend!

Melissa-Sounds like you got what we got yesterday.

Dorothy-To use the signature you have to go under formatting on your blog and at the bottom of the screen there is a box where you have to paste it.

Racquel-I'm glad you like the pics. Sorry you have gray today too! I saw in the weather VA News had some strong winds.

Marmee-Sunshine just makes me happy. Gray over and over can drag you down.

Susie, the blue skies haven't gotten here yet. I hope you'll send them along.

Susie said...

I hope you get them soon George!

I'm gray too, and blue; I've got the blues because there's rarely a blue sky in sight during zone 5 winters!

Nope, all your gray pictures look like you were out taking photos in our back yard! Not that I had a chance to notice the gray and constant rain today - I'm too busy inside cleaning out the kids rooms.

We haven't had much in the way of gray skies, even if we did, I probably wouldn't have noticed. Great post, glad to see that beautiful blue sky!!

Susie said...

T.C.-Glad to hear from you. Sorry you got the "blues".

A.Joy-I guess we can look at the gray weather as a positive. It gives us time to clean our homes! hehe!

Darla-Bless your heart. I can certainly see why you wouldn't notice. Hugs to you today my friend!!!

Susie, I know what you mean about needing to see that sunshine. I get the same way in the winter. It just seems to go on so long. I'm so happy the clouds lightened up and blue skies returned for you. Wishing you lots of sunny days, my friend. :D

Susie said...

Thanks Daisy-I hope you have sunshine in your day today!

Jen said...

Your pictures were certainly gray; almost looks like you took them in black in white.
Horray for sunshine!!

Susie said...

Jen-Yes, they do look black and white! At least we are having another beautiful sunny day. Hooray!

Yesterday was really pretty as is the forecast for today. Then another front for tomorrow! I want off this roller coaster! :)

Susie said...

Meadowview-It is like a roller coaster isn't it? Today we have beautiful sunshine with about 70 forecasted. Next week back down in 20's for lows, brrrh!!

Nothing like blue skies and bright sunshine to cheer you up! We've had both the past week, and I find myself drained of energy when the sun doesn't shine.

Susie said...

Rose that is for sure! Love that sunshine warming me from head to toe!

Oh Susie,
Please, oh please, blow away our black clouds! We got a peep of sunshine the other day and right back to gray! Thank you for your sweet comment today. I may or may not reach my goals but I have something to shoot for anyway! Have a great weekend!

Susie said...

Sandy-Here's hoping you have some wonderful blue skies filled with warm sunshine!
