Pumpkin Fun at Work

Since it is that "pumpkin" time of year I thought you might like to see some work creations. This poor guy got all messed up in his basket. Wonder how that happened?!?Say hello to Gordy. Check out those bushy eyebrows!Little baby pumpkin stacks. We also sell the big stack-able pumpkins which are a big hit with customers. This last pic is an old cooking stove covered in some fall beauties. Ornamental peppers and crotons are really beautiful this time of the year. Plant together with some orange sedge and pansies and you can have a beautiful container.

Here's hoping you find some "pumpkin fun" this fall.

Those are some cute garden/art displays. I like those much more than those plastic halloween decorations.

Hi Susie, I love these photos tonight. The bushy eyebrows remind me of Andy Rooney on "60 Minutes!"

Have you planted any pansies yet? We are expecting rain next week; I might plant a few.

Hope you have a great Sunday.

Your post reminds me so much of Autumn, I can almost smell the leaves burning. I love the guy stuffed in the basket, and the old stove is a very cool display piece. Do you spend most of your paycheck at work? I know I would!

Those are pretty cool! I enlarged the last photo, and saw the mums you were telling me about on my blog. I hadn't heard of them before. They sure are full of blooms, and the selection of colors is great! Mine never did wilt after being planted. I just hope they get established enough to survive the winter.

Your work photos are great! What a lot of fun you must have at work. I grew some different squashes this summer. It was a difficult summer for them, now we are getting the sun they needed!, but when they needed it, nuthin' but foggy mornings 'til one o'clock! So the ones that got big and ripe einough have been finisihing out their ripening on our new gravel patio area on the south side of the house. I hope they ripen and cure soon so we can store them for a few months. Not much going on flower and decor wise here, not yet, hopin' next year lets me have more time for my flowers and pretties.
