Hey It's Good to be Back Home Again!!!

No I didn't fall off the face of the earth. (Thanks Kanak for inquiring, you're sweet). We've been on vacation and have just gotten back in. Where did we go? Only to one of our favorite places in this whole world.Gatlinburg, TN borders the park and we were married there several years back. So GSMNP is very special to us. I can't wait to tell you all about it but right now chores are calling my name. I can't tell you how many loads of laundry we have to do not to mention all my gardening chores. Things have grown quite a bit since we have been gone.

So I'll be back soon.

Oh, I wish we'd known you were here - Melissa and I would have driven over to Gatlinburg and bought you a coffee or some pancakes or something! We might have even brought our running shoes, although we're dreadfully slow compared to you, I'm sure! :)
Anyway, it is always good to be home, isn't it?

I did wonder where you had gone, Susie! I'm glad to hear you had a great trip. I've never been to Gatlingburg, but have always heard it's a lovely place to visit. We're invited to a wedding there this fall, so I'm looking forward to hearing about all the places you visited.

It's true that when you get home, there's always so much to do; hope you get a chance to relax from your vacation:)

Sounds like you need a vacation after your vacation. Isn't it amazing the work it takes when you get home just to get caught up. But I know it was worth it by the smile on your face. Gatlinburg is a beautiful place-we were there many years ago with our girls.
