I always feel like, somebody's watching me!

You just never know what you are going to find in the garden. The other day I was checking out my Rudbeckia maximas to see if they were budding. It took a minute but I discovered two sets of eyes looking back at me.Aren't these little guys cute? There had been 3 but one jumped before I snapped his pic.Remember these guys? I think they knew I was checking them out. This picture is now about 5 days ago so they have probably changed a lot more now.No, I know they don't have eyes but I was definitely checking them out. This is the first time I have grown amaryllis. I'm very happy with the results.

I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend. I'm off for another race Saturday morning.

  2. From the green leaf critters, to the new nesters, to the trumpet swan flowers, it's all life, new and ever-lasting life, which is what Jesus came to talk about.

  3. Hi Susie, Yes---our critters and our flowers do look at us!!!! They count on us for food, water, etc. Of course, we certainly do our share of looking at them, don't we?????

Your bluebirds are farther along than mine. Mine are just a couple of days old. I'll post a picture tomorrow.
    Hugs,
    Betsy

  18. What cute little frogs! I think most creatures keep an eye on me around here--as soon as they see me come near with a camera, they fly or scurry away:)
